What we collect

• What you give us: your name, email, phone, and anything you type into a form or message.
• Automatic data: standard technical information like your IP address, browser, the pages you view, and how you got here, collected through the analytics tools below.

How we use it

• To respond to your questions and requests.
• To follow up about estate planning if you asked us to.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To run our ads and measure whether they work.

Cookies and tracking

We use a few third-party tools, some of which set cookies:

• Vercel Analytics for privacy-friendly, aggregate traffic stats. It does not identify you.
• Meta Pixel to measure and target our Facebook and Instagram ads, which shares limited activity with Meta.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time, and manage ad settings in your Facebook ad preferences.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site (such as hosting, database, email, and analytics) and with authorities when the law requires it.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from our emails anytime using the link in any message, or by replying STOP.
• Opt out of the analytics and ad tools above by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser and adjusting your Facebook ad settings. Those tools use anonymous data that is not tied to your name, so there is nothing for us to look up by email.
• Ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you shared with us, such as a contact form submission, by emailing ralphcoluntino@gmail.com.

No attorney-client relationship

Using this site or sending a form does not create an attorney-client relationship. That begins only when a written fee agreement is signed.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date above and post the new version here.
